The Riad was right in the heart of the Medina, close to the Bab Doukkala Road. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will return here in the future.
A little difficult to find, no name on the street or the street leading to the street. Definately worth ordering the taxi they recommend at 150 dirhams. Non English speaking, French and Arabic only.

I really enjoyed marvellous breakfast, hotel's comfortable and perfect location.
The room was reasonably sized and nicely decorated, I had a safe, central heating, and a dining area. My bed was large. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was amazing.

We loved how our standard queen room with air conditioning was set up.

Good location, friendly staff.
Room lighting could be a bit brighter in areas - it was difficult to read. Sound insulation - noise travelled easily from courtyard to room.

Very nice hotel if u book in cheap price. Clean and very safe envoirment. Only 10 minutes far from jamal al fana. And if u come in marrakesh by a minara airport. A bus no 19 which one come from minara airport . this no 19 bus will drop u on bus stop which is maximum 4 minutes far from this hotel. So reach to this hotel is very easy and very cheap. I will suggest to every one please go to this hotel. If u get cheap booking ( the price for 4 days is maximum from £100- £120). the hotel owner and his husband are french. But both can speak very good english and very helpful .
If u book this hotel by a Booked.net website. And you pay the hotel booking by a any bank card. But the last day of your booking when you will leave the hotel then the hotel people will be ask u the price for hotel booking we did not receive.so please pay as cash. And if u ask him that u have already pay then they will ask you the only hotel price was fix on Booked.net. They dont pay as . so pay us cash. And if u have already pay by a card.ask to your bank to stop transcation.or if if receive money by a bank then we will not charge you double. Give us your bank account and we will refund you all the extra money.

25 minutes walk from Djema-el-Fna hard to find, map position at Booked.net is incorrect very small rooms with little storage space and about 30 cm maneuvering room on either side of the bed owner charges an exchange rate of 12 MAD to the EUR (as opposed to the correct 11.15) because supposedly this is the rate Moroccons get at the bank - outrageously unprofessional

An oasis in the chaotic medina. Wonderful staff. Rooftop terrace with great views. In-room massages available. Helpful and flexible with dietary requests.
All good.

The new owners were warm and welcoming. They helped me with my bags and logistics for my wife and her parents to arrive. Their house keeper/cook Meriam was also very nice and despite speaking no English was helpful.
Very small rooms-I guess you could use the term cozy. It seemed a bit over priced for their amenities. The night person who was on duty was not very friendly and there was no key given to us so we had to ring the bell to enter the riad in the night. He took his time letting us in while we stood in a dark alley.

Service of the locals - friendly although as to be expected limited to French language. Decor reasonable however after 4 nights lying on rocks as beds beneath mattresses became very hard and uncomfortable. Relaxing area on roof terrace.
Completed form on arrival stating payment by credit card as also details of card given on Booked.net - only told night before leaving when we had little cash left that had to pay by cash! After complaint raised was advised had to pay for our own taxi to another Riad of the owners - when the owner had been responsible for not previously advising us. Owner then insisted on effectively 'doing us' on exchange rate having given us prices in Euros then converting into Moroccan Dirham at maximum rate, which was not realistic, or obtainable from the Banks and was not prepared to compromise thereby increasing their prcies by what seemed to be about 10%. Beds are far too hard for Europeans being on rocks! Breakfast was poor a few old crusts and a bit of orange juice and coffee. The little internal pool supposedly available for residents was not warmed up, even after request and clearly not there for use at this time of year - as felt colder than a Scottish loch! Having given us a price for dinner on arrival owner then sought to add nearly a £1.00 for water and dinner was already more expensive than other restaurants in City at 16 Euros which subsequently became 17.5 Euros after conversion at price owner started using. Were only provided with one shower / bath size towel despite being a couple and requesting further suitable towel.
